I'm a Supported Employment and Training Specialist
My consultancy is based on the needs of the sector and developing training that joins up the dots and provides the bigger picture, ensuring everyone knows their role in the process.
With many years of experience working in the Supported Employment sector, I have developed effective systems, processes, and procedures, for which I have written training, and delivered to a wide range of professionals, virtually along with face-to-face.
My specialisms include strategic, policy and practical understanding of how to use Access to Work efficiently in the support of people with disabilities, which I am passionate about. I also have an excellent understanding of Supported Internships, various models of delivery and areas that benefit from further development, especially when expanding service.
I have been a volunteer at BASE since 2014 and sit on their National Executive Committee where I represent their Supported Business members across the UK.
